(hereinafter referred to as “CR Tong”), including MUMIAN/CR Tong Platform, websites, clients, applets, as well as the products and services in new forms provided to you along with the technological development.

China Resources, MUMIAN/CR Tong and/or designated merchants of CR Tong (hereinafter referred to as “we”) attach great importance to the protection of users' personal information. When you use the services provided by the MUMIAN/CR Tong Platform, we will collect, use and share your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy contains the terms on the collection, storing, use, sharing, transfer, disclosure and protection of your personal information by us. We hope that we can clearly introduce to you through this Privacy Policy how we handle your personal information. Therefore, before using the products or services of the Platform, you are required to read this Privacy Policy completely and fully understand the relevant terms, especially the terms marked in bold/bold and underlined to help you understand the way to protect your privacy, which you should read carefully. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, you can contact us through the contact information published on the Platform. If you do not agree with any content hereof, you should immediately stop using the services of the Platform. I. Scope of application

China Resources and MUMIAN/CR Tong is consistently committed to providing users with better, more excellent and personalized services, and also hopes that the services we provide can make your life more convenient. This Privacy Policy is applicable to all services provided by the CR Tong Platform, and also to the services provided by the CR Tong Platform when you access the platform website and/or log in to relevant clients.

Personal information refers to any information that is recorded, electronically or otherwise, that can be used alone or in combination with other information to identify a natural person or reflect the activity of a natural person.

Sensitive personal information refers to personal information (including ID card number, personal biometric information, bank account number, property information, trace, transaction information, information on children under the age of 14 (14 included), etc.) that once leaked, illegally provided or abused, could endanger personal and property safety, or easily lead to damages to personal reputation, mental & physical health, or discriminatory treatment, etc. We will prominently mark specific sensitive personal information in bold in this Privacy Policy.

It should be noted that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the services provided to you by other third parties, for example, when a seller on the CR Tong Platform provides services to you via the Platform, the personal information you provide to the seller shall not apply to this Privacy Policy.

II. How do we collect and use your personal information

In order to provide you with more convenient and efficient services, we will collect your personal information (that is, any information that is recorded, electronically or otherwise, that can be used alone or in combination with other information to identify a natural person or reflect the activity of a natural person) via the following three channels:

1. Information directly provided by you: We may collect and store any information you provide to us when using our products or services, including the information you provide when filling in information online on the Platform page, resolving disputes or contacting us, as well as the information concerning relevant transactions and activities produced during your use of the Platform services.

2. Information we actively collect: During your use of the MUMIAN/ CR Tong Platform and related services, we may collect the information sent to us by your computer, mobile phone and other access devices.

3. Information we obtain from other legal sources: With your prior consent, we may also obtain relevant information from our affiliates, partners, and credit institutions, as well as from legally established third party institutions that retain relevant information of registered users according to the law.

We collect information for the purpose of providing you with better, more excellent and personalized services. In order to realize the functions hereunder, we collect and use your personal information in the following ways:

(I) Cases in which you are/may be required to authorize us to collect and use your personal information

1. Account management service. We provide you with basic member services through the CR Tong Platform account. To register as a member and use our member services, you are required to provide your own mobile phone number, platform account name and password. We will verify your identity by sending SMS verification code and decide whether to create a Platform account for you. Failure to provide the above information will lead to unsuccessful registration and failed use of the services provided by the Platform. If you only use such services as platform page or product information browsing and searching, you are not required to register as our member and provide the above information. Also we will determine your current membership level according to your usage of Platform account and the calculation rules for membership level set by the Platform, and provide you with the corresponding basic rights under the membership level.

2. Information supplement and real name authentication service. After your successful registration, the MUMIAN/CR Tong Platform will provide you with a nickname by default, and you can modify and supplement your nickname, avatar, gender, education, date of birth, E-mail, address, mobile phone number, as well as your information regarding real name verification (such as real name, ID card number, etc., which is subject to the information displayed on the identity authentication interface). This information belongs to your account information. The account information modified and supplemented by you will help us provide you with personalized product recommendations and better shopping/service experience. However, failure to provide such additional information will not affect your use of other services provided by the Platform.

3. Commodity or service information display service. In order to identify the abnormal status of your account, understand the product suitability, and provide you with more suitable page display and search results, we may, during your use of our services, automatically collect your usage of our products and/or services and store them as network log information, including (1) device information (including device name, model, ID, environment, operating system and application version, language setting, resolution ratio, service provider network ID, and size of device space); (2) service log information (including browsing, clicking to view, searching and querying, favorites, adding to shopping cart, transaction, after-sales, following and sharing information, publishing information, as well as IP address, browser type, telecom operator, language, access date and time). Failure to provide the above information will not affect your use of other services provided by the MUMIAN/CR Tong Platform.

Please note that separate device information and service log information are unable to identify a specific natural person. If we identify a specific natural person by combining this non-personal information with other information, or use this information in combination with personal information, this non-personal information, during the combined use, will be considered as personal information, and we will anonymize and de-identify this information, unless authorized by you or otherwise provided by laws and regulations. In order to provide you with more convenient and personalized information display, search and push services, we will, based on your device information and service log information, extract your preference features, and produce indirect population portraits based on feature tags for information display and push and possible commercial advertising. If you do not want to accept the commercial advertisement sent to you by us, you can unsubscribe or turn off it by SMS prompt or other means provided by us. When you use our website search service, we also provide options that are not specific to your personal characteristics. Also we will use your above personal information in order to make continuous improvement and optimization to the above functions. Failure to provide the above information will not affect your use of other services provided by MUMIAN/CR Tong Platform.

4. Collection, adding to shopping cart and sharing service. While browsing the MUMIAN/ CR Tong Platform, you can opt to collect and add to the shopping cart the goods and/or services you are interested in, and share information with other third parties through the functional components we provide. In the process of using the above functions, we will collect service log information, including your collection, records of adding to the shopping cart, and sharing history, for the purpose of realizing the above functions and others that we explicitly tell you. Failure to provide the above information will not affect your use of other services provided by the Platform. (It is only applicable to the CR Tong Platform)

5. Order placement and order management service. When you order specific goods and/or services among our products and/or services, we will generate an order through a system for you to purchase the goods and/or services. In the process of placing an order, you are required to provide at least your consignee's name, address, and telephone number. The order will indicate the goods and services you purchased, the specific order number, the creation time of order, the amount of money or points you should pay and the mode of payment. You can also ensure the accurate delivery of goods by filling in the consignee's fixed phone number and email address to add more contact information, however, failure to do so will not affect the generation of your order. We collect this information for the purpose of helping you successfully complete your transaction, ensuring your transaction security, inquiring about order information, providing customer service and after-sales service, and for other purposes that we clearly inform you. You may order goods and/or services for others through the CR Tong Platform, provided that the above-mentioned personal information of the actual orderer is provided. In order to help you understand, query and manage the order information, we will collect the order information generated during your use of our services for presentation and facilitate your order management, or you will be required to provide us with the specific invoicing information of the relevant invoice as long as you an invoice through the Platform. (It is only applicable to the CR Tong Platform)

6. Payment service. In order to complete the order payment, you are required to provide your payment account information and choose the mode of payment after placing an order. We will share with the payment service agencies (commercial banks or third-party payment institutions) your user name on the MUMIAN/CR Tong Platform, user name of corresponding payment account, and information regarding order payment. If you choose payment services provided by a financial institution, we will also share with you the corresponding financial institution you choose necessary payment information, including bank card number and validity period. If you choose to make payment or redeem goods/services using MUMIAN/CR Tong points (including “Mixc point”), see the user agreement and the relevant definitions and rules published by the Platform for details), we will also obtain your points related information and help you complete the redemption of related goods/services or the order payment.

7. Delivery of products or service. In order to ensure the smooth, safe and accurate delivery of the goods/services you purchased, we will disclose the order related distribution information to the third-party companies that provide logistics distribution and/or information technology services for the CR Tong Platform which will, as designated by the goods and/or service provider, synchronize such information with the corresponding logistics distribution company. You know and agree that the corresponding logistics distribution company will inevitably learn and use your distribution information for the purpose of delivery. (It is only applicable to CR Tong Platform)

8. Comments and evaluation service. You may, as our Platform member, publish information through the comments, unbox & sharing and other information distribution functions we provide for you, including pictures and texts, comments and questions & answers. We may judge whether you are qualified for the corresponding function permissions according to your member type and network log information. Please note that the information your publicly release may contain your or others' personal information or even sensitive personal information. If you opt to upload pictures containing personal information at the time of evaluation, you need to cautiously consider whether to share or publicly share relevant information when using our services. Failure to provide the above information will not affect your use of other services provided by the CR Tong Platform.

9. Customer service and after-sales service. Your account information and order information will be used by our telephone customer service and after-sales functions. To ensure the security of your account, our customer service will verify your identity with your account information. When you request us to provide customer service and after-sales service related to your order information, we will query your order information, and you may provide information other than the above information when communicating with our customer service personnel, such as requesting us to change the delivery address, contact person or contact phone number. In view of the reasonable needs of providing services and improving service quality, we may also use your other information, including the questionnaire reply information sent to us at the time of your involvement in a questionnaire survey.

10. Security service. In order to improve the security of your use of the services provided by us and our affiliates and partners, protect your or other users' or the public's personal and property against damage, prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerability, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusion, and more accurately identify the violations of laws and regulations or of the relevant agreements and rules of the CR Tong Platform, we may make comprehensive judgement of your account and transaction risk, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents by using or integrating your member information, transaction information, equipment information, service log information, as well as the information that our affiliates and partners have obtained your authorization or shared according to the law, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis and handling measures pursuant to the law.

(II) Cases in which you can opt to authorize our device system the permission to collect and use your personal information

Among the personal information collected for the purpose of providing the services mentioned in the preceding paragraph, when a media is to be called for the first time to collect the following personal information, you will be prompted to enable it or not, and the relevant information will be collected only after you select enabling the permission. You can also enable or disable some functions on your device. For details, please refer to your device manual or ask the manufacturer and seller of the device, of course, we will guide you to complete the settings in your device system.

a) Locating service: After you enable the location permission, we will access and collect your location information (to the extent of your geographical location at that time, and pinpointing your whereabouts not based on your location information in different periods) to determine your location, and automatically recommend the goods or services that you can purchase in your area, such as the nearby promotional information.
b) Access to camera: After enabling the camera/video camera permission, you can use this additional function to complete video capture, photo taking, code scanning and login via face recognition. When you log in via face recognition, we will collect your facial information and use it strictly within your authorization scope. In the future, we may apply face recognition technology to more scenes, and we will then confirm with you again whether you permit us to use your facial information for these additional functions.
c) Access to photo album: After enabling the permission of photo album (picture/video library), you can use this function to upload your photos/pictures/videos onto the CR Tong Platform to change your avatar, take photos and shopping, post and evaluate, communicate with customer service for evidence presentation, etc. We will identify the goods or services you need to purchase by using the photos/pictures/videos you upload or the comment information containing such photos/pictures/videos.
c) Access to photo album: After enabling the permission of photo album (picture/video library), you can use this function to upload your photos/pictures/videos onto the CR Tong Platform to change your avatar, take photos and shopping, post and evaluate, communicate with customer service for evidence presentation, etc. We will identify the goods or services you need to purchase by using the photos/pictures/videos you upload or the comment information containing such photos/pictures/videos.
e) Media database: After you enable the media database permission, we will push video clips to you when you activate the APP.
f) Access device ID and status: In order to ensure the security in your account and use, present you the information you may be interested in, and identify channels and download APPs, we will access and collect your phone status and device information after you enable the access to the device ID (including phone number, IMEI, IMSI, MAC address, list of installed package names) and status permission.
g) Call permission: After enabling the call permission, you can use this function to call our customer service number or call for after-sales support.
h) Permission to read and write external storage: When you use the functions in the APP like scanning, avatar settings, customer service, comments or sharing, image recognition, downloading files to local or opening local files, you can use or save pictures, videos or files by enabling the storage permission.
i) APP usage: After you enable the application usage permission, we will detect the mobile phone for any applications that damage and cause data leakage in the APP, and remind you for the safety in use.

Please note that your enabling these permissions means your permission for us to collect and use these personal information for the purpose of the above functions. Disabling these permissions by you means your cancellation of these authorizations, and we then will discontinue such collection and use of your personal information, nor can we provide you with the above functions corresponding to these permissions. Your decision to disable the authority will not affect the handling of personal information based on your previous authorization.

(III) Information from third parties

In order to provide you with better, more excellent and personalized services, or jointly provide you with services, or to prevent Internet fraud, China Resources, MUMIAN/CR Tong and its affiliates, designated merchants or partners of China Resources will share your personal information or transaction information with China Resources, MUMIAN/CR Tong in accordance with legal provisions or the agreement with you or with your prior and/or subsequent consent.

You understand and agree that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the following information:

a) Keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by MUMIAN/CR Tong Platform;
b) Data collected by China Resources in relation to your transactions on the CR Tong Platform when you do not select the “anonymous purchase” and/or “anonymous evaluation” function, including, but not limited to, bid, transaction information and evaluation details;
c) Credit evaluation, violation of legal provisions or rules of China Resources, and the measures taken by China Resources and CR Tong against you;
d) The relevant industrial and commercial registration information to be publicized required by laws and regulations, such as enterprise name, as well as the information regarding natural person operators.

If the information to be provided by you contains personal information of other users, you must ensure that you have obtained the corresponding legal authorization before providing such personal information to us.

(IV) Exceptions to prior authorization and consent

We may, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, collect your personal information without your authorization and consent when:

a) it is related to the national security or national security defense;
b) it is related to the public security, sanitation, or significant public benefits;
c) it is related to investigations into crimes, prosecutions, court trials, execution of rulings, etc.;
d) it is for the purpose of protecting your or other individual’s safety, property and other major legitimate rights and interests, but difficult to obtain your consent;
e) the personal information is disclosed to the public by yourself;
f) the personal information is collected as legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels.
g) It is necessary for signing a contract upon your request;
h) It is necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as to detect and rectify faults of products or services.
i) It is necessary for legal news reporting;
j) The information is required for an academic research institution to carry out statistics or academic research in the public interest, and when the results of academic research or description are released, the Personal Information contained therein is deidentified.
K) other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

(V) Cross-border provision of personal information

The personal information collected and generated during our operations in the territory of the People's Republic of China is retained within China, except in the following cases:

a) In accordance with explicit provisions in the laws and regulations;
b) With your explicit authorization; or
c) Your personal actions such as cross-border transactions via the internet.

Under the above circumstances, we will ensure that your personal information is adequately protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

III. How do we use technologies such as cookies and web Beacon

In order to provide you a cosy access experience, we may identify you through small data files when you visit the relevant websites of MUMIAN/China Resources CR Tong Platform or use the services provided by the Platform, so as to help you dispense with repeated input of registration information or judge your account security. These data files may be cookies, Flash cookies, APP client Tokens, or other local storage provided by your browser or associated applications (collectively referred to as “cookies”).

Please understand that some of our services can only be realized by using “cookies”. You can modify your acceptance of cookies or reject the Cookie of China Resources when your browser or its attached services permit, however, this may, in some cases, affect your safe access to relevant websites of the MUMIAN/China Resources CR Tong Platform and the use of services provided by the Platform.

In addition to Cookie, we will also apply Web Beacon and other similar technologies on the China Resources CR Tong Platform. In general, our web pages may contain some electronic images (called “single pixel” GIF files or “Web Beacon”). Using Web beacon can help the website calculate the users browsing the web or help visit certain cookie. We will collect information about your web surfing through Web beacon, for example, the page address you visit, the address of the reference page you previously visited, the time you stayed on the page, your browsing environment, and display settings, etc.

IV. How do we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information

(I) Sharing

We assume the obligation of confidentiality for your personal information and will not sell or rent any of your personally identifiable information to a third party for marketing purpose. We will share your information with a third party only under the following circumstances:

1. Obtain your consent, confirmation or authorization in advance or afterwards.

2. According to the provisions of laws and regulations or the requirements of administrative or judicial bodies.

3. Share your necessary personal information with the affiliates of the designated merchants of China Resources and CR Tong, subject to the purpose stated in this Privacy Policy. We will request for your authorization again when our affiliates intend to change the handling purpose of personal information.

4. The third party entrusted for necessary services use your personal information for legitimate purposes, such as providing services, recommending products, conducting market research and information data analysis for you; Provide your personal information to reliable partners which, pursuant to our instructions and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any other corresponding confidentiality and security measures, handle such information for us. Our partners include the following:

a) Supplier of goods or technical services. We may share your personal information with a third party that supports our functions. These supports include providing us goods or infrastructure technical services, logistics and distribution services, payment services, data processing, etc. The purpose of information sharing is to implement the core shopping function of our products and/or services. We must, for example, share your order information with the logistics service provider before delivery arrangement, or share your order number and order amount with the payment agency to validate your payment instruction and make the payment.
b) Third party merchants. We must share with third party merchants your order information and the necessary information related to the transaction to help you purchase goods or services from them, and cause them to complete the subsequent after-sales service.
c) Partners who entrust us with promotion. Sometimes we will, on behalf of other enterprises, provide promotional services to the user groups using our products and/or services. We may share with the partners who entrust us to promote (“the client”) the indirect user portrait formed by the collection of your personal information and non-personal information, but we will only provide to these clients the information regarding the coverage and effectiveness of promotion, but your personal identity information, or we will collect these information so that it will not identify you personally. We can, for example, tell the client how many people have seen their promotion information or bought their goods after viewing this information, or provide them with statistical information that cannot identify your personal identity, so as to help them understand their audience or customers.

In the above process of providing services to you, we may share your information with third-party SDKs or cause third-party SDKs collect your information by themselves. Without your consent, we will not share or allow any third-party SDK to collect your information.

5. If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, you should, at the request of the respondent, disclose relevant information to the respondent so that both parties can handle the possible disputes over rights.

6. Only by sharing your information can we provide you with the services you need, or handle disputes or controversies between you and others. In a transaction you carried out on the MUMIAN/China Resources CR Tong Platform, for example, so long as any party to the transaction has fulfilled or partially fulfilled its trading obligations and made a request for information disclosure, China Resources, MUMIAN/CR Tong will, as appropriate, provide the user with necessary information, such as the contact information of the counterparty, to facilitate the transaction or the settlement of disputes.

7. If you violate the relevant laws and regulations of China, or the relevant agreements or rules of China Resources, MUMIAN/CR Tong, disclosure to a third party will be required.

8. Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of China Resources, MUMIAN/CR Tong and their affiliates, the designated merchants of CR Tong or other users.

We will sign strict confidentiality agreements with the companies, organizations and individuals with whom we share personal information, causing them to handle personal information in accordance with our instructions, this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

(II) Transfer

We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except for the following cases:

1. We have obtain your explicit consent or authorization in advance;

2. We provide your personal information according to applicable laws and regulations, requirements of legal procedures, mandatory administrative or judicial requirements;

3. Your personal information is provided in accordance with the relevant agreement signed with you or other legal documents;

4. In case a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy liquidation, asset transfer or similar transactions involve personal information transfer, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to observe this Privacy Statement, otherwise we will require such company or organization to seek your consent again.

(III) Public disclosure

We will make available your personal information to the public only under the following conditions to the extent that security measures generally accepted in the industry have been taken:

1. With your explicit consent or based on your active choice, we may make your personal information available to the public;

2. As required by the laws and regulations, mandatory administrative law enforcement or judicial organs, we may publicly disclose your personal information according to the required type of personal information and way of disclosure. On the premise of compliance with laws and regulations, we will be required to issue the corresponding legal documents, such as subpoena or letter of investigation, when we receive the above request for information disclosure.

V. How do we protect your personal information

1. In order to ensure your information security, we make all efforts to protect your information against leak, damage or loss by taking various reasonable physical, electronic and management security measures, including, but not limited to, SSL, encrypted storage of information, access control of data centers, dedicated network channels and agents. We have also implemented strict management over the employees or outsourced personnel who may come into contact with your information, including, but not limited to, implementing different authority controls based on different positions, signing confidentiality agreements with them, monitoring their operations, etc. China Resources, MUMIAN/CR Tong will, based on the existing technology, provide corresponding security measures and reasonable security guarantee to protect your information, and will, at any time, do its best to protect your information against leak, damage or loss.

2. Your account has security protection function, so please keep well your username and password information. China Resources, MUMIAN/CR Tong will protect your information against loss, abuse or alteration by security measures such as backing up at other servers, encrypting user passwords, etc. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please note that there are no “perfect security measures” on the information network.

3. When using MUMIAN/CR Tong Platform service for online transactions, you will inevitably disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. Please protect your personal information properly and provide it to others only when necessary. If you find that your personal information is leaked, especially if your account and password are leaked, please contact the customer service department of China Resources, MUMIAN/CR Tong immediately to take corresponding measures.

4. We will take reasonable and feasible measures and do our utmost to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information. We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is compulsorily required by law. For example, the Electronic Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China requires that the commodity and service information and transaction information shall be retained for no less than three years from the date of completion of the transaction. After your personal information exceeds the retention period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information according to the requirements of applicable laws. The criteria for judging the aforementioned period include:

a) Achieving the purpose of a transaction associated with you, maintaining the corresponding transaction and business records, and responding to your possible queries or complaints;
b) Guaranteeing the security and quality of our services provided to you;
c) Whether you agree to a longer retention period;
d) Whether there is any other special agreement on the retention period.

5. In the case of a personal information security incident, we will, in accordance with laws and regulations, inform you of the basic conditions and possible impacts of the security incident, response measures that are already taken or to be taken by us, suggestions for you regarding information protection and risk mitigation, our remedial measures for you, etc. We will inform you of such incident by email, fax, telephone, push notification, etc., and properly and effectively issue a public notice when it is difficult to notify each related party individually. Meanwhile we will also report the handling of personal information security incidents according to the requirements of the regulatory authorities.

VI. Data management responsibilities

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Resources Land, Shenzhen Runzhi Digital Technology Co., Ltd .(hereinafer referred to as “we”) undertakes the main data management responsibilities of China Resources Land and its affiliated companies, and will accept the entrusted personal information processing activities in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of laws and regulations. Affiliated company refers to the single or collective name of China Resources Land Holdings Limited and other companies that are affiliated with China Resources Land. "Associated relationship" means, with respect to any entity (including an individual, corporation, partnership, organization or any other entity), which directly or indirectly controlled it, or directly or indirectly controlled by it, or directly or indirectly under the control of the same entity. The foregoing "control" means the possession, directly or indirectly, through the holding of voting rights, contracts or otherwise, of the right to direct or instruct others to direct the management and decision-making of relevant entities or other relationships that in fact constitute actual control.

If we or our affiliates are involved in a merger, division, liquidation, acquisition or sale of assets or businesses, and your personal information may be transferred as part of such transaction, we will ensure the confidentiality of your personal information at the time of transfer, and to the best of our ability to ensure that the new company, organization or individual holding your personal information continues to be bound by this privacy policy. a) Log in to the MUMIAN/CR Tong Mobile Client, enter the column “My”, click the icon Personal Account Setting, and then access, correct or supplement personal data and information relating to personal account;

b) Log in to the MUMIAN/CR Tong Mobile Client and select to contact customer service, or seek customer assistance through other customer service contact information published on the Platform to help you access, correct or supplement your information.

2. Please be aware that we are unable to provide you with accessing, correction and supplement services for some of your personal information, which is mainly your device information collected to improve your user experience and ensure transaction security, and your personal information generated when you use additional functions. We will use the above information within the scope of your authorization. You cannot access, correct or supplement such information, but you can contact us for deletion or anonymization.

(II) Delete your personal information

1. You may delete some of your personal information in the manner listed in “(I) Access, correct and supplement your personal information”.

2. You may request us to delete your personal information if:

a). We handle your personal information in violation of laws and regulations;
b). We collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent;
c). We handle your personal information in serious violation of the agreement with you;
d). You no longer use our products or services or you have cancelled your account;
e). We no longer provide you with products or services.

3. When we decide to respond to your request for deletion, also we will, without delay, inform the entity that acquires your personal information from us and cause it to delete your personal information (unless otherwise specified in laws and regulations, or specific authorization has been obtained by the entity from you). When you delete, or we assist you in deleting, relevant information, we may not be able to delete the corresponding information from the backup system immediately due to applicable laws and security technologies, however we will store your personal information safely and isolate it against any further processing until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.

(III) The right to change the scope of your authorization or withdraw your authorization

1. You can change the scope of your authorization for our continued collection of personal information or withdraw your authorization by deleting information, disabling device functions, or changing privacy settings or contacting customer service personnel on the client of MUMIAN/CR Tong Platform. You can also withdraw your authorization for our continued collection of personal information by canceling your account.

2. Please understand that each business function requires some basic personal information. Once you withdraw your consent or authorization, we cannot continue providing you with the services for which you withdraw consent or authorization, and will not process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent or authorization will not affect the processing of personal information based on your prior authorization.

(IV) Cancel your account

You can directly apply for account cancellation on our Platform (after logging in to CR Tong Mobile Client, click the column “My”. After clicking the setting icon, select “Security Settings”, click “Account Security” and select “Account Cancellation”) or by contacting the platform customer service personnel. For the method of your account cancellation and the conditions you should meet, refer to the conditions for cancellation of a member account published on the Platform - Notice on Cancellation. After account cancellation by you, we will cease providing you with products and/or services, and your personal data and historical information cannot be retrieved. Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, we will, upon your request, delete or anonymize your personal information. In addition, the cancellation of the Platform account does not mean that the account related behavior and responsibilities before such cancellation are exempted or mitigated.

(V) Respond to your above-mentioned requests

1. If you are unable to access, correct or delete your personal information in the manner described above, or you want to access, correct or delete any other personal information generated during your use of our products and/or services, or you believe that we violate any law or regulation or breach any agreement with you regarding the collection or use of your personal information, you may contact us via the way provided in the Privacy Policy.

For the sake of security, we may require you to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity, and we will respond to your request within 15 days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity. In principle, we do not charge a fee for your reasonable request, but we will charge a certain fee as the cost for the repeated requests or requests that exceed the reasonable limit. We may refuse those requests which are unreasonably repetitive, require too much technical means (for example, requests involving development of new systems or fundamental change of existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights of others, or are extremely impractical (for example, requests involving the information stored on backup tapes).

2. As required by laws or regulations, we will not be able to respond in the following cases:

a) your request is related to our compliance with the obligations under the laws and regulations;
b) your request is related to national security and national defense security;
c) your request is related to public safety, public health, and major public interests, etc;
d) your request is related to criminal investigations, prosecutions and trials, etc;
e) there is sufficient evidence proving your subjective malice or abuse of rights;
f) For the purpose of safeguarding your life, property and other important legal rights and interests or those of other individuals but it is difficult to obtain consent;
g) responding to your request will result in serious damage to the legitimate rights of other individuals or organizations; or
h) Involving trade secrets.

VIII. How do we protect the personal information of minors

1. We attach great important to protecting the privacy of minors, and if you are a minor, we suggest that you ask your guardian to carefully read this Privacy Policy and use our services or provide us with personal information with the consent of your guardian.

2. We will use, share, transfer or publicly disclose the personal information of minors collected with the consent of parents or legal guardians only when it is permitted by laws, with the explicit consent of the parent or guardian, or required for the protection of the minor.

3. We will, as soon as detected, try our best to delete the personal information of a minor collected by us without the prior consent of a verifiable parent or legal guardian.
